Loan size: £100,000 - £500,000. Development could be a single detached house or a pair of semi-detached houses. Please note we can only lend to individuals if they sell the development or put on a buy to let portfolio. The loan size to these individuals could be £100k - £500k.£100K - £500K Loans
Loan size: £500,000 - £1.000,000. Loans of this size are typically for smaller plots. Development could range from a single unit up to a large multiple unit scheme. The loan size could be from £100k - £1m and requires a loan to be agreed at speed. We offer loans in principle on the same day.£500k - £1M loans
Loan size: £1,000,000 - £2.500,000. These loan sizes are for larger plots, minimum of 3-4 units and could build up to 10-15 i.e. apartment block or first phase of a new small housing estate.
