What are the criteria for property development finance?

We assess all of our loan applications on a case by case basis.

We recommend that you get in contact to discuss your specific loan requirements. However, we do have some lending criteria which must be met by all applicants:

  • We lend up to 55% towards land/property purchase / Lend up to 100% of the building costs
  • We lend from £100k – £2.5million / Loan terms between 6 and 12 months
  • Houses, flats, new build, conversions, office to residential and property with a commercial aspect considered
  • We lend to clients across the South East of England

We lend to first-time developers or experienced builders. Most of our clients are experienced house builders and property developers with a proven track record of building and selling similar developments.
