What are the criteria for property development finance?

We assess all of our loan applications on a case by case basis. However, we do have some lending criteria which must be met by all applicants:

  • Lend up to 55% towards land/property purchase / Lend up to 100% of the building costs
  • Lend from £100k – £2.5million / Loan terms between 6 and 12 months
  • Houses, flats, new build, conversions, office to residential and property with a commercial aspect considered
  • We lend to clients across the South East of England
