Five months into the development loan, the superstructure is complete and the windows are in. The site is a hub of activity with second fix joinery underway. The bathrooms in the property are tiled ready for second fix plumbing.

What is next for the West Sussex development?
Installation of the garage and front doors will be next on the list, with all trades almost completing the second fix on the property. The developer has had various conversations with local Estate Agents and will be marketing the property online in the coming weeks.
A Returning Customer
We worked with the same client on phase 1 of this development. Hunter Finance provided Property Development Finance for the build costs to renovate an existing 4 bedroom property and to build three new 4 bedroom detached houses. (Phase 2 is the new build of the 4 bedroom detached house above).
