This development in its initial stages required a lot of work and had to be split into two phases.
The first face was to convert three Grade II Listed barns into three properties. The second phase involved converting a separate Grade II listed outhouse into one property.
The housing developer needed a loan of £1,200,000 to fund the real estate project.
The loan Hunter Finance provided allowed for the construction and conversion of all four properties.
Each property sold quickly, each one selling either on or above the original asking price. The final gross development value was £2,400,000.
The site consisted of an existing listed building, which the property owners had achieved planning permission to develop a 3-bedroom detached property in the garden plot.
The Surrey-based home builders needed a loan of £420,000 to cover the costs of the project.
