We don’t rely on others finance to offer developers a loan. We offer security and continuity by lending our own money, we are not brokers. This enables us to offer fast finance on loans between £100,000 and £2.5m at competitive rates.
We develop one property a year so all our staff have hands-on development experience. This means that you deal with people at Hunter Finance that really understand the issues and challenges facing our developers.
We don’t look to profit on our surveyor or legal fees. All of our property development loan offers provide you with information about all of the fees you will have to pay for the duration of the loan.
