Award-winning Eastbourne based property innovators, Five Walks Homes approached us once they had successfully obtained planning permission to construct 11 apartments in East Sussex.

Homes in East Sussex are in high-demand, especially in the coastal town of Eastbourne. This meant that the real estate developers were expecting a quick sale.

Further to this, each of the apartments was located within walking distance to a train station, making it more desirable to commuters.

The apartment developers needed to secure a loan to help cover construction costs and to start building without any delay.
