The development consisted of the demolition of an existing commercial property before construction could take place on the new properties, a mixture of terraced and detached houses.

Clients from Chichester have just completed on their four property development in Bognor.
The development took place upon the site of an existing detached property. Due to the availability of land, the developer expanded the single detached property into four detached properties.
We spoke to the developer after completion, praising our adaptability. ‘Things never go entirely to plan, but they always looked for solutions with us. Because property finance is all they do, they are very good at it.’
July still looks strong for property developers
While the weather remains far from perfect, the development finance forecast is still strong.
Despite Brexit, property developers are still keen to get started with their latest development.
The latest consensus is that if there is to be a house price drop, it won’t take place for another couple of years, yet.
