A local client required funding for a site in the London Borough of Bexley, which had planning permission for a single detached unit. The developer saw an opportunity to maximise the site’s potential and amended the planning to build a pair of 3 bedroom semi-detached houses.
The site originally had planning for a 4 bedroom detached house. The developer approached Hunter Finance and expressed their desire to amend the existing planning to construct a pair of 3 bedroom semi-detached houses. This would not only increase the development’s profitability, but it would also create more houses for the local area. Hunter Finance worked with the developer and planning was achieved due to the fantastic redesign of the original plans.

With a total loan of £, our client could commence with the clearance and groundworks for the semi-detached properties.
