Property evelopers had acquired a former farming property and farmland at Hobbs Farm in Surrey.
The development required a lot of work and was split into two phases.
The first phase of the housing development comprised of the conversion of three Grade II Listed barns into three properties.
The second phase of the development comprised of the conversion of a separate Grade II listed outhouse into a single property.
For both phases to be completed, the developer required a loan of £1,200,000 to finance the development.
The loan allowed for the full build and conversion of all four properties to take place.

The three new properties converted from the form barns sold quickly, each property selling either on or above the original asking price.
The final property, which was completed after the first three, sold even faster.
The final GDV was £2,400,000.
