Hunter Finance helped to fund a development in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. The project consisted of the construction of multiple apartments within the town centre.
The developer wanted to convert and extend an existing building into eight apartments – four 1 bedroom properties and four 2 bedroom properties. Hunter Finance provided the developer with a £350,000 loan for the cost of the build with a proposed final GDV of £940,000.
The loan was approved in February 2015. It took seventh months from initial loan to build completion, with all eight apartments now on the market.
