Award-winning Eastbourne based developers, Fivewalk Homes, contacted us regarding a loan for a new development that they wanted to undertake. The developers wanted to create four high-class apartments within the town of Eastbourne, East Sussex.
The development consisted of an apartment on each floor, with the lower floor property benefiting from its own secluded garden to the rear. The whole project required a senior debt loan of £515,000. Early reservations for the apartments were accepted, with all four-floor apartments sold before construction was completed.
The final GDV was £1,250,000.
