Due to the location of the land and the large space that was available to the developer, they obtained planning permission for the construction of two large, luxury detached properties.
With the site secure and planning in place, Hunter Finance was able to offer the developer finance quickly with our 5 step lending process. Construction of the development began almost immediately.
Due to the location of the development, both houses were to be designed with their own bespoke feature.
Despite both properties being 5 bedroom semi-detached houses, design elements enabled entirely different personalities to exist. Both had been planned to feature unique exteriors and interiors to offer a luxury element. Pictures below.
