Developers from Kent wanted to build a cul-de-sac of large luxury detached properties within the village of Bethersden. The site sat within a prime development location. Strong train links to London are within three miles of the village. And the town of Ashford was only a few minutes by car.

Developers had already purchased the site and had full planning permission for the project. The development would be for five properties. Each property was to be a luxury 5 bedroom home. Features would include large fireplaces and open living areas.

Development construction just under £1m

With planning in place, developers required finance for the construction costs of the project. Our clients needed just under £1m to cover the cost of the build, with a requirement to get the funds quickly to allow the project to progress.

After only 4 months of construction, the development had already had a sale on one of the unit. The final GDV was £2,100,000.
